Impact & Results
Outcome
The redesign brought renter and lender experiences into a more cohesive product structure: Discovery → Evaluation → Booking → Fulfilment → Rental → Return → Review, while giving lenders tools to List → Price → Schedule → Manage → Fulfil → Track. Shared-account model enables users to be renters, lenders or both. Clothing differentiation includes body measurements, measurement guidance and Digital Wardrobe.
